The Texas Economy and School Choice Study
The Texas Association of Business and the Texas
Public Policy Foundation jointly commissioned
Laffer Associates to perform an analysis of the
Taxpayer Savings Grant Program (TGSP), which is
a statewide universal school choice program under
active consideration by the Texas Legislature, in order
to ascertain the effect of such program on the state’s
economy. This report is the result of that evaluation.
